Claire Buisson

She studied Anthropology and Arts. In 2010 she achieved a Phd in Dance about the notion of choreographic environment. Since 2008 she has been training in dance and choreography with various choreographers (Lia Rodrigues, Vera Mantero, Jennifer Lacey, Loic Touzé, Marlène Freitas, Vania Rovisco, Keith Hennessy, Julie Nioche, Benoit Lachambre, Myriam Gourfink, Meg Stuart, SNDO-Intensive Course). In 2014 she was part of the PEPCC-research program in choreography and creative practices (Forum Dança-Lisboa). She developed her own artistic work since 2010 within dolce punto (D_P). Her first project 'je suis un poumon' proposed a performance, an installation, a video and some breathing laboratories. It premiered within Vivat la Danse Festival (2013) and was presented in various video festivals. She is currently working on her new piece 'Corps Archivés' (premiere in March 2016- Festival Le Grand Bain). Her work is supported by various artistic structures: Le Vivat-scène conventionnée d'Armentières, le Gymnase-CDC Roubaix, Alkantara Festival, O Rumo O Fumo, CDC Toulouse, Ballet du Nord-Olivier Dubois. She teaches in different contexts (IED-Rome, ISDAT-Toulouse, universities). Between 2009 and 2014 she was a permanent teacher within Dance Department of Lille University. She coordinated the Master in Performatives Practices (2012-2014), creating a collaboration with Latitudes Contemporaines Festival and Fine Arts School of Tourcoing. She worked for others choreographers Luna Paese (Anatomie Imaginaire-2014), Claudia Triozzi (Thèse Vivante-2012/2013), Fidelia Lutterbeck (Os ouriços tambem tocam-se-2014). She also works with production and projects coordination (Majazé Film Festival, festival de videodanza Catania-2005; IXKIZIT-2004; dolce punto since
