Noé Soulier

Noé Soulier (Paris, 1987) started his training as a dancer at the Paris Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse. He continued these studies at the National Ballet School of Canada. From 2007 till 2010 he studied at PARTS in Brussels, where he graduated from the research cycle in 2010. During his time at the Performing Arts Research and Training Studios he was active as a performer in the work of o.a. Daniel Linehan. His own work includes the solo The Kingdom of Shades and the trio Little Perceptions. With Little Perceptions he was laureate of the first prize of the Danse Élargie competition in June 2010, organized by Le Théâtre de la Ville – Paris and Le Musée de la Danse – Rennes. The same year he received a bachelor degree in philosophy at Nanterre University. In 2011 Noé does his master in philosophy at the Sorbonne University in Paris. Parallel to this study, he works on a new solo: Ideography, a performance that explores the relations between movements and thoughts. What would it mean to choreograph ideas?
